What happened when Goerge Bush Sr. left office after his term?  He left behind US troops in Somalia, and a few months later, the Black Hawk Down incident happened where more than 10 thousand Somalis were killed in a battle with the American troops who later withdrew from the Somalia in a shameful manner.  What if I tell you that his son Goerge W Bush Jr. is about to repeat the same mistake with one difference.  He not only wants americans involved in the current Somali conflict, but he also wants many other african countries involved in bloody african war that is about to start in the Horn of Africa.
 
The situation in Somalia is currently unbearable for the somali civilians as the Ethiopian and the Ugandan armies take turns at shelling and burning the capital in the hope they will demolish the armed resistance.  Historically, there is bad blood between Ethiopians and Somalis and the two have a common hatred towards each other due to being arch enemies for centuries.  It is as though that Goerge W Bush read this history somewhere and decided that bringing the Ethiopians into Somalia was the perfect recipe to start a war between the two countries.  Except, it is not a war, it is a one sided devastation as the Tigrees reduced most of the country to useless fragments consisting of half walls and corpses, displacing over 3 million people from their homes and into refugee camps in their own country.  Despite the apparent lack of peace and security, the somalis live through this harsh reality.  However, they also fight back.
 
Fighting back is something the somali people are experts on.  They have done so when the English invaded and tried to slave them way back in the 19th century.  They fought till Somalia took its indepence in 1960.  They have done it again when they ousted the former dictator Siad Barre and later when Sr Bush wanted Aided arrested.  Certainly, they will not stop now when their arch enemy is in their home towns.  If fighting with Ethiopians seems hard to swallow reality, wait till the rest of Africa is brought into the battle field.
 
Goerge W. Bush Jr. is currently calling and contacting all african leaders such that of Brundi, Nigeria and Malawi, South Africa and Egybt.  This certainly is going to be the most successful recipe to start a war among African countries.

Ugandans shell Mogadishu with heavy Artillery Killing More than 10 civilians

Reports coming out of Somalia that the capital city is under fire once again by the African troops stationed there to keep the peace and the security of the city.  On July 1st, the Ugandan army shelled the city with heavy artillery killing more than 10 civilians as they targetted densely populated areas.  It is not clear what is causing the Ugandans to sporadically aim in every direction with their artillery but their actions are causing many civilians injured.
 
Reports in somali news web sites indicate that the Ugandan soldiers are attacking the civilians with artillary and rockets and are targetting civilian areas.  According to DalkaNews.com, there are more than ten civilians killed by the shelling and many are injured and are expected to die because there are no open hospitals functioning in the city.  The number of casualties from the Ugandan troops' shelling to civilians areas of Mogadishu is expected to reach in the hundreds with the next few days. 
 
It was just last month that the United Nations made their agenda clear;  it is bring a UN peace keeping force to Somalia and is expected to put together an African force to support the Ugandans and Ethiopians.  Now that the Ugandan's are starting to become infamous, bringing more Africans to Somalia would be a difficult task to accomplish by the UN.
 
The somali people see the Ugandan's support for Ethiopian invaders an act that is common to all foreign troops further strengthening the hatred between other African nations and Somali people.  Therefore, it appears that any force from Africa would be a target for tactical attacks by the armed resistance in the country.

Customer experiences - Naive but real hosting reviews.

I was surprised to see many people didnt understand that hosting companies are out there to over charge customers by offering them so many features that they don't need. With so many features to choose from, it hard to find out which hosting company is better than the other.

There are three items you can consider to categorize the different web hosting companies out there.

1)How Affordable is the hosting service? - Ask yourself, is it cheap? Most people would rather have quality at a affordable price. So it is in your interest that you go with those that you can afford and you feel suit your needs and are guaranteed not only low prices but good service. With lots of storage, bandwidth and all tools required for a quality website for webmasters. After all, no one should give away your profit margin for a web site you are not going to have money to run it.



2)Is the service Reliable? - Nothing less than 99.9% uptime is excepted This is extremely important for your web site to stay competitive, that if a web hosting service ever goes down for one hour or more you should not be considering that web hosting company. Technology now days is so advance and back up storage is affordable that there's no excuse for web hosting services to be down.

3)What is Customer Service like?- If you run into inconvenient issues, or anything should ever goes wrong, or if you ever need to get a hold of your web hosting service you shouldn't have a problem. It is important to prescreen so to uphold strong customer service skills, in helping assist the customer in tech problems, with the account, web site, errors on pages, server issues, or any other issue that may come up.
